Overview
Twin Waters is built around its lake system, golf course and the Maroochy River mouth, with wetlands and bird habitat threaded through the estate. It is one of the coast's most tightly managed suburbs, and residents expect the same standard from a pest treatment.
The water and irrigated fairways that make the suburb attractive also keep humidity high year round. Mosquitoes and midges at dusk, cockroaches from garden beds and mulch, and spiders across outdoor entertaining areas are the calls we take most often.
Holiday houses and resort accommodation add a second requirement: treatment that fits between guests and leaves no trace.

Treatments also need to be restrained. Broad spraying near lakes and golf course boundaries is neither appropriate nor effective here.

We bait discreetly inside, apply a residual barrier around the house, garage and alfresco areas, and treat eaves, pergolas and outdoor blinds for spiders.
Mosquito treatment targets shaded plants and damp corners where adults rest, well back from the lake edge.

Short-stay properties get treatments timed between check-out and check-in, with low-odour products that leave the home guest-ready the same day.
We can coordinate access with property managers and send a report after each visit.

Empty pot saucers, boat covers and bird baths weekly, keep mulch thin near walls, and run outdoor lighting only when needed to cut down on insects at night.
Waterfront and fairway homes do best with treatment every six months, timed before summer.

Cody was great at communicating let know when he going to arrive and was on time. He and Tom did a very through job and went above and beyond. Andy completed a pest inspection at our property in Brisbane and his knowledge is second to none. He is very friendly and genuine and provided a great service. At the end of the pest inspection, he showed us through his findings and talked through different pest control methods and some things we could do to help lessen the chance of any termites finding the property attractive.

Yes. We keep a clear buffer from water, drains and wetland edges and use products suited to sensitive surrounds.
Midges breed in tidal and lake sediment, so they cannot be eliminated. Treating resting vegetation, screening outdoor areas and limiting dusk lighting all help.
