Seal gaps around pipes under the sink, keep bin lids closed, and do not leave pet food out overnight. Report shared-area problems to your building manager early.

Andy completed a pest inspection at our property in Brisbane and his knowledge is second to none. He is very friendly and genuine and provided a great service. At the end of the pest inspection, he showed us through his findings and talked through different pest control methods and some things we could do to help lessen the chance of any termites finding the property attractive.
