Our minimum call-out is $150 for small jobs like rodent baits or a flea spray. Termite, rodent, bird and commercial work is quoted after inspection. Prices as at September 2026.

You get the price in writing before any work begins.
What is the free service period?
If the pests we treated come back inside the service period, we return at no extra charge. It's the reason a general treatment isn't just a single spray. The first visit knocks the numbers down, and the return visit catches what's left.
How long the period runs can depend on the job, so ask when you book and we'll tell you exactly what applies to your property.
What drives the price?
Two homes on the same street can get different quotes. These are the things that move the number.

Is cheap pest control worth it?
Sometimes. The trouble is that a low headline price can leave things out. Before you compare, ask each business what the price actually covers.
- Does it cover the inside, the outside and the eaves, or one of those?
- Is there a follow-up visit or a free service period, and how long does it run?
- Is the technician licensed, and will you get a receipt?
- Does the price change if the job turns out bigger than expected?
- Which pests are covered, and which are extra?
A quote that's cheaper on paper but skips the roof void or the follow-up visit isn't cheaper. If the same pests come back, you pay for the treatment again. Compare like with like, and ask for the inclusions in writing.
Why are termite and commercial jobs quoted?
Termite work depends on what an inspection finds: the construction of the home, how established the activity is, and which system suits the property. A fixed price before we've seen it would be a guess. So we inspect first and give you a written quote with the options laid out.
Commercial work is the same story. A cafe, a childcare centre and an office each need a different plan, and the visit schedule depends on the premises and what the audits or landlord expect. If you run a food business, our restaurant pest control checklist covers what inspectors look for.
Will a regular plan save money?
For homes with steady pest pressure, an ongoing plan usually works out better value than repeated one-off call-outs, and it keeps cover in place through the year. Brisbane's warm, wet summers keep ants, cockroaches and spiders active for much of the year.
